The information we collect from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at our online bookstore and event registration area. The information you enter on our website or send via email allows us to respond to your requests and communicate with you. Some information is collected whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our Shop or Events area at Movement Intelligence.com. By purchasing a product from MovementIntelligence.com, you give permission to be added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Web Security

MovementIntelligence.com uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This enables us to encrypt the personal and financial information you provide us when you order online. All information provided by you is secured and maintained confidentially.

Taxes

Products purchased by those residing in Israel  will have state tax added as prescribed by law.

Shipping and Refund Policy

No objects will be shipped physically, as all products are digital access. All products are delivered through the web browser. If there is an issue with the digital access, contact us using our contact form or at the address below.

Please inform us by our contact form if you are having trouble with access of transcripts, audio, or video. We will try to send the products in another format. If you are unable to download them upon receipt, you can get a full refund within one week of purchase.

Events can be refunded prior to two weeks before the event date for a $35 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the event. If there is an emergency or illness that prevents you from attending, you can apply the amount to another event within one year.

Participant Notice

Participants understand that all events with MovementIntelligence.com will be recorded for use by Movement Intelligence.com. Some events will be videotaped. Anyone participating in Effortless Mindfulness Institute activities may end up being photographed by MovementIntelligence.com Institute. If any participant wishes not to be photographed or not to be featured in a photo displayed on this website, please notify MovementIntelligence.com Institute in writing.

All participants agree to the following:

• I am 18 or older, or a teenager whose parent or guardian has registered for me and communicated his or her permission to MovementIntelligence.com or MovementIntelligence.com Institute staff for me to take a program.

• By choosing to participate in any of MovementIntelligence.com events, or other public or private activities, you agree to take full responsibility for your choice to participate and for anything that results from such participation. You understand the workshops are experiential in nature and are not to be considered treatment for any physical, emotional, or mental disorder. You agree to consult with your health care providers for any specific medical, emotional, or psychological problems or issues in advance of the workshops. Further, you agree to take full responsibility for your self-care during the workshops and after. If you have a diagnosed psychological condition, please consult your physician or psychotherapist before participating in these meditation workshops.

• You agree to forever release, discharge, indemnify, hold legally harmless MovementIntelligence.com for any type of injury, psychological or emotional changes, inconvenience, or disagreement that results from participation.

• I understand that any information conveyed to MovementIntelligence.com in the context of the program may be read by members of staff. MovementIntelligence.com may refer to comments or questions we receive in public communications; if we do this, he will do our best to leave out any identifying information, but please understand that any information you send to us is not confidential.

Grievance Policy for Classes 

MovementIntelligence.com seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner. Please submit a written grievance to MovementIntelligence.com. Grievances will initially be directed to the training instructor.
